Lemon & Poppy, Strawberry, and Matcha Kiwi Overnight Oat Trio

Base Recipe:

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

1 Tbsp chia seed

1 Tsp raw castor sugar

1 cup low fodmap plant milk
Method:

Mix all ingredients together, stirring thoroughly and leave overnight to soak. Enjoy cold in the morning.
Lemon and Poppy:

1 Tbsp poppy seeds

Zest of 1/2 a lemon

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 extra tsp sugar
-
Coconut yoghurt topping
Strawberry:

150g strawberries, pureed
Matcha Kiwi:
-
1-2g Matcha Powder
-
2 Kiwi Friut, diced

1 extra tsp sugar
