Lemon & Poppy, Strawberry, and Matcha Kiwi Overnight Oat Trio

Base Recipe:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 Tbsp chia seed

  • 1 Tsp raw castor sugar

  • 1 cup low fodmap plant milk

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, stirring thoroughly and leave overnight to soak. Enjoy cold in the morning. 

Lemon and Poppy:

  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds

  • Zest of 1/2 a lemon

  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon

  • 1 extra tsp sugar

  • Coconut yoghurt topping

Strawberry:

  • 150g strawberries, pureed

Matcha Kiwi:

  • 1-2g Matcha Powder

  • 2 Kiwi Friut, diced

  • 1 extra tsp sugar
