High Protein Strawberry Smoothie
200g Frozen Strawberries
100g firm tofu
200ml almond milk
2 Tsp Strawberry jam
Spread half the jam around the cup for decoration and flavour bursts, then add the rest of the ingredients to a blender and blitz til smooth
This recipe contains 20g of protein, mostly from tofu. You could boost this even higher by using a protein-rich milk!
