Low FODMAP Tofu Scramble

170g Firm Tofu, crumbled

1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1/4 Tsp Black Salt (Kala Namak / Eggy Salt)

1/4 Cup Plant Milk

Grilled Tomatoes

Hash Browns

Sourdough bread
Method:
-
Heat heavy fry pan with oil over a medium flame and add tofu, yeast and salt. Stir until coated.

Add milk and continue stirring until the liquid is mostly evaporated and the tofu is heated all the way though. Then you're done!
