Dessert Style Overnight Oats

Base recipe is:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flax

  • 1 Tsp raw Castor sugar or maple syrup

  • 1 cup soy milk

Biscoff:

  • 2 spoons of biscoff spread.

  • Top with blueberries

Chocolate:

  • 2 tsp of cocoa

  • 2 tsp hemp seeds splash of vanilla.

  • Top with yoghurt in the morning!

Banana Cake:

  • 2 tsp PB2

  • 1 Tsp crunchy peanut butter

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, splash of vanilla

  • 1/2 a large ripe banana, mashed. mix in and top with other half nana

Method

  1. ​Add all ingredients in a jar, mix well and leave overnight. They can become very thick so add more milk before eating if that's your preference.
