Tempeh Whole Bowl

​Ingredients:

  • 100g tempeh, rubbed with smoked paprika and garlic infused olive oil then grilled

  • 75g kale, blanched⁣

  • 14g pine nuts, toasted⁣

  • 3 sun dried tomatoes, cut into small pieces⁣

  • 100g kent/jap pumpkin, grilled⁣

Method:

  1. Simply toss it all together, add dressing if you want, mayo goes well, so does a lil balsamic and olive oil.⁣
