Tempeh Whole Bowl

Ingredients:

100g tempeh, rubbed with smoked paprika and garlic infused olive oil then grilled

75g kale, blanched
-
14g pine nuts, toasted

3 sun dried tomatoes, cut into small pieces

100g kent/jap pumpkin, grilled
Method:

Simply toss it all together, add dressing if you want, mayo goes well, so does a lil balsamic and olive oil.
