About Ebony

(she/her)
A portrait photo of Ebony

Ebony is a passionate and empathetic Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Chef located in Melbourne, Australia. Her practice promotes eating intuitively and encourages a positive physical and emotional mindset when it comes to food, nutrition, and body image. Ebony strives to create an inclusive and safe environment and hopes to use her position in healthcare to advocate for disadvantaged people.

Ebony has two passions: the ocean (be it swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, or by any other means) and cooking. She enjoys the freedom that comes from both; the water makes her feel physically free, while cooking allows her to express herself, freely and creatively.

The love of her life is a tiny ginger cat named Jibbles. They're so inseparable that Jibbles has joined Ebony throughout her studies, travelling over 10,000kms on her brief stint in Canberra and on all rural placements.
