Roast Potatoes in Balsamic Vinaigrette

A bowl of roast potatoes in balsamic vinaigrette using low fodmap ingredents


  • 2 cups of crispy roast potatoes⁣

  • 1 tbsp good quality balsamic vinegar⁣

  • 1 tsp garlic infused EVOO⁣

  • 1/4 tsp oregano⁣

  • 1 sprig of spring onion greens⁣


Just mix it together and enjoy!
