Basic Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
Makes 2 Jars
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground flax seed
1 cup lofo soy or almond milk
Dash of vanilla
Dash of maple syrup
Lofo serve of frozen mixed berries to serve
Method:
Process couldn't be easier. Mix everything in a bowl and just leave it for a few hours/overnight. You can spoon it into the jars before or after, whatever is more convenient just be aware you might want to top it up with some extra milk/toppings so leave a lil space if you do put it in the jar.
Tip:
Get creative with your flavours and toppings! I love vanilla maple but also pb&j, coffee and cocoa, sometimes I might even do a bit of a banana pud with a lofo serve of ripe bananas and walnuts. I've seen carrot cake, matcha, chai, choc mint, and a million other combinations. You need not get bored with this simple, convenient breaky.
