Classic Tofu Scramble
Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
300g medium firm tofu
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp black salt (Kala namak)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add all ingredients and toss thoroughly to mix together.
Cook until it starts to get dry and crispy bits. Voila you're done. Serve with your favourite sides. Mine are cherry tomatoes marinated in oregano, basil and garlic quickly fired in a high heat skillet, spinach wilted in vegan butter, and hash brown bites!
