Dessert Style Overnight Oats
Base recipe is:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp Ground Flax
1 Tsp raw Castor sugar or maple syrup
1 cup soy milk
2 spoons of biscoff spread.
Top with blueberries
2 tsp of cocoa
2 tsp hemp seeds splash of vanilla.
Top with yoghurt in the morning!
2 tsp PB2
1 Tsp crunchy peanut butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon, splash of vanilla
1/2 a large ripe banana, mashed. mix in and top with other half nana
Add all ingredients in a jar, mix well and leave overnight. They can become very thick so add more milk before eating if that's your preference.
