High Protein Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 200g Frozen Strawberries

  • 100g firm tofu

  • 200ml almond milk

  • 2 Tsp Strawberry jam

Method:

  1. Spread half the jam around the cup for decoration and flavour bursts, then add the rest of the ingredients to a blender and blitz til smooth
