Tri-Colour Overnight Oats

Base Recipe:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 Tbsp chia seed

  • 1 Tsp raw castor sugar

  • 1 cup low fodmap plant milk

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, stirring thoroughly and leave overnight to soak. Enjoy cold in the morning.
