Chickpea Omelette
Ingredients: (Makes 2 of this size)

3/4 cup chickpea flour (besan)

3/4 cup milk sub

2 tsp apple cider vinegar
-
2 tsp nutritional yeast
-
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
-
1/4 tsp garlic powder
-
1/4 tsp onion powder
-
1/4 tsp bicarb
-
Pinch of salt
Method:
-
Mix batter together then over medium heat.

Add batter until it starts to bubble and look set.
-
Add filings and gently fold in half.
-
Leave for another minute or then remove from pan and serve.
