Cinnamon PB Oat Balls

A plate of 8 cinnamon and peanut butter oat protein balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 Tbsp ground flax

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 50g peanut butter

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 2-3 Tbsp water

Makes 2 low FODMAP serves

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix/knead thoroughly until a dough is formed. Dough may be sticky.

  2. Roll into balls and leave to set overnight. The oats and flax will absorb moisture reducing stickiness and binding the ball together.

Feel free to play around with flavours, add vanilla, other spices, or play around with other low FODMAP nut and seed butters!
