No Blender Vegan Parmesan

Pasta with vegan bolognese sauce dusted with vegan parmesan and garnished with basil


  • 1/4 cup of almond meal

  • 3 Tbsp of Savoury Yeast Flakes (aka nutritional yeast, aka nooch)

  • 3/4 Tsp Iodised Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika


  1. Add all ingredients to a jar, put the lid on then shake until combined and serve atop pastas, make a delicious crust/crumb, stir into sauces, whatever you want!

NB If you don’t like smoky flavour, just don’t add the paprika, it’s still super delicious and umami without it.
