No Blender Vegan Parmesan
Ingredients:

1/4 cup of almond meal
-
3 Tbsp of Savoury Yeast Flakes (aka nutritional yeast, aka nooch)

3/4 Tsp Iodised Salt
-
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
-
1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
Method:

Add all ingredients to a jar, put the lid on then shake until combined and serve atop pastas, make a delicious crust/crumb, stir into sauces, whatever you want!

NB If you don’t like smoky flavour, just don’t add the paprika, it’s still super delicious and umami without it.
